Considering it's not a safe, and they make no claim that it is, it would be pretty simple to build one from commonly available materials from any big box home improvement store.
The big problem I see is that it only makes sense for guns that you think you might need in a hurry and that you don't plan to leave there when you're not around. The depth of the mirror frame makes it look a bit obvious that it's something more than just a dressing mirror, and the materials they say they use in construction would barely slow down somebody who broke into your house carrying a pry bar or any kind of cutting tool.
And honestly, if you're only keeping a defensive weapon there for when you're going to be around, what's wrong with the drawer on your nightstand?
Andy, that rifle is a little large for the drawer on my nightstand. And the mirror only sticks out as far as the frame. The storage is recessed into the wall. I like it.
Adam, I understand that the storage is inset in the wall. What I meant was the backing for the mirror frame looks to be at least 2" thick, to accommodate anchoring what look like full pull out drawer slides.
Like Timbo said though, the solution to that is to build a more subtle one. If you really want something like this, buy the inset from these folks and if you're not good with trim carpentry yourself get someone who is to build you a mirror frame over it with the base of the slides inset into the wall.

I like it too. Fun to build, and a great idea. If you think the frame is too obvious Andy, make a more subtle one.
I could hide a body in there...hmmmmmm.
