electricity on and off (mostly off)
internet in and out (mostly out)
winds of 70+, quite a bit of damage, so far none to the house but a section of the west fence is down.
Unfortunately for the west Panhandle, but fortunately for us, we don't have this to deal with. We're two counties east and one up, and this bad boy is headed due North.
Y'all have a good evening and I'll check back in when things settle down.

Stay safe, girl. See you soon.
Try to keep to the back of the porch, next to the building, as you sit out and watch the show. I'd hate to have to find another blog to lurk around on.
Thank you stevie, we just got wind, dirt and flying lawn furniture.
Paul, Evil?! Little old me?! Silly.
rpm, awwwww, you like me!
Rabid, please I'm a Texan. I'll rope that son of a bitch and ride it 'til it's wore out.
Yes I do. Don't ask why.
rpm, I just assumed it was my stunning brilliance, my bratty cheekiness, and my 36Ds.
Paul: SSSSHHHHHH she might hear us.
But I got yer back, Bro. You know I do.
~grrrrrrr~
Damn, you're good!
Heh. That's the problem...do that too often, and you'll piss off Mom Nature and then she'll be forced to show everyone who's boss of Bartertown.
BTW, some of y'alls winds came moseying through my neighborhood last night. Knocked down power lines and several branches. I spent my morning sawing branches away from the power lines leading to my house because the tree company that showed up at 7am was contracted by the city to ONLY trim the branches away from the main lines. Thanks, guys. Still, got a pretty awesome arky-sparky show this morning around 3am when the tree limbs were bouncing the lines leading to our house got too close....watching burning tree bark explode away from the branch is not how I wanted to wake up this morning! Still...pretty awesome!
Happy for your new chair...: ) Sorry bout the window. I remember being basement bound on quite a few occasions in TN during weather like this....Glad it was no worse than it was. Stay safe.
Thanks Miss Lisa!
Hope y'all are settling into your new digs The only thing worse than packing is unpacking. :-P
