Well..I was reading that the congress is thinking about granting a waver of the constitution so that Arnold Swartzeneger(spell?) could run V. Obama in 2016. Kind of like getting a choice between Hitler and Stalin---Ray P.S.-- Arnie has FILED the paper work to get the waver and run--So has Obama.
