Hold on now, Truck! I never said anything about the intelligence levels of anybody. Sounds like somebody's got themselves a complex. As far as I'm concerned - I could give a rat's ass about the whole Yankee vs Rebel bull-shit. Besides, I ain't no damn Yankee - I'm a Northerner. And, yes - there is a difference. There is more to NY than the damn City. Above all else, I'm an American. If Angel thought I was being disrespectful, my comment never would have been published.
I know a few cops myself - most of them are good guys; and some of them are pricks, just because they can be. Do you not read the news? The invasions of privacy, disregard for the Constitution, thuggish behavior, etc, etc, etc....... Look at the picture. Do you see a bumble bee he's trying to save her from? My comment referred to THIS picture in particular. So I don't understand how you feel slighted over this.
I have no problem sitting down and having a beer with anyone - regardless of where they are from, religion, skin color, what ever. I'll tell you this much - I will not be cowed down by veiled threats. I have no problems discussing any issue in a civil manner. Come at me with a chip on your shoulder, waving your crank at me; and you'll find out this Northerner is just as dangerous and formidable as any of your brethren!
