To one extent or another, true for everyone that has a spine. The ability to get back up after the worst happens and to carry on, is what separates "us" from them.
Jefferson, there are myriad reasons, but Volfram touched on one of the biggest. Around here, finding true Libertarians is like trying to find a virgin backstage at rock concert. There are a lot of wannabes and posers, you can tell them by their use of "but" and "except" after the phrase, "I believe in individual rights and the Constitution...."
However, I do have all y'all, so the loneliness isn't so bad. :-)
