I used to frequent an Italian restaurant in Edmonton and occasionally the chef would serve rabbit. It was very tasty.
Mmmm. Tasty. We used to raise rabbits, and I grew up eating it because not every rabbit is show worth, breeding stock, or pet store and it significantly lowered our grocery bill. Really tasty though. -CM
