Your students don't need to know exactly which teacher is packing, and any teacher that's liable to snap and start shooting kids because they made her angry, I don't want that teacher around my kid, armed or not.
Why, oh why, did our generation, the ones from the 40's and 50's, allow these people to take over the schools....Christian schools, or home school, is the only way to go now....this is way out of rhyme or reason....the real shame is there are those who will think this is reasonable thinking....you know, the ones who elected o'shithead, pelosi, and ried....
I had a teacher that came in to buy a guinea pig for the classroom. The only one we had was pregnant, so I spent a LOT of time with her going over the care needs, the extra hay, extra vitamin C, on and on and on. She was talking about how great it was going to be, seeing as it was going in to her classroom and the kids would be able to "experience the miracle of birth" yada yadda.. Then asked me if the PREGNANT guinea pig was a boy or a girl so they could choose a name. Of course me being me I looked at her like a dog that was told a command it didn't know, head cocked and puzzled. Then asked her if she really just asked me that. She said yes, so I asked again slower... Did you REALLY just ask me if the PREGNANT guinea pig is a BOY OR A GIRL?????? AND YOU ARE TEACHING OUR CHILDREN????????? She was embarrassed and said that it was only because she was caught up in the excitement of the new pet. All I could say after that was "God help us all." Sometimes I am amazed that we are still in business, subtle isn't a strong point of mine.

Any teacher who would shoot a child for the kind of reasons she's listing should not be allowed around children. Gun or no gun.
