I see dumb fuckers like this all the time. I was able to twist the windshield wiper jets on my truck to spray out to the left and right of the vehicle. Anytime I see these losers on the sidewalk I hit the wiper wash button and give them a free shower. Thats some funny shit there, you should try it.
