This adorable scamp is Sam Grant, age 7. And facing two felony counts. That's right folks, you read it right. TWO FELONY COUNTS. What horrible crime did this baby-faced felon commit that landed him on the wrong side of the American judicial system? He fired his bb-gun. HIS MOTHER-LOVIN', FUCKING BB GUN. I would recap the whole story for you, but I have to go kick something. If you feel inclined, say a few prayers for Sam and his folks. They'll be going before the bench on his 8th birthday. Happy birthday, young Patriot. Stand strong.

I'm upset that the parents were that irresponsible. Failing to supervise the child and teaching him the primary 4 rules of firearm safety, letting him violate those rules, and then running to police to solve the problem they created in the first place. The child should get off as the parents are responsible. Both parents should be charged with being idiots. If that were only a legitimate charge. Stuff like this is so frustrating.
I think I will break out the old crossman tonight in honor of this lad.
It's a BB gun, goodness, gracious sakes alive honey chile' bless your heart. My father was blind in one eye from one of his many BB gun battles and I am very fortune mine were missed.:) All you little, pathetic Collectivists, get over it.
There is a bigger issue here...shooting at an abandoned house, by the parents admission, while her back was turned for just a second. But, it also states HE was outside. Seems a case of a neglectful parent who wants to play on the public outrage.
The parent is the one who should be charged in this case.
