I had an Australian Shepard / Chow mix, he was smart as hell and a great watchdog.
Didn't have those blue eyes (talk about a chick magnet!) but had that beautiful swirly gray - brown - black - white coat with white socks - everybody who saw him commented on his looks. Best dog I ever had - RIP Ringo!

It's called an Australian Shepard.
My Charliedog was an Australian Shepard mix. She had melt-your-heart brown eyes.
I had a Husky/black Lab cross some years back. Looked like a big black bear with blue eyes. Stopped people in their tracks!
