One problem with that - it is probably a Vermont plate. Trust me, I see dozens of them daily. Probably somebody from close to the New Hampshire border, judging by the pronunciation. The only word in NH that has an "R" in it is tractor, because tac-tah would just sound stupid! ;-}

Looks like Texas got illegals coming from both directions.
Look in the upper right, you'll see a Texas shape. They're a BoSox fan, so probably a carpetbagger...I mean transplant.
