Five ingredients, quick and simple,
and you'll never be the same again.
You're welcome.
Ingredients:
- One cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup coarse chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs beaten
- Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour or use muffin cups, 12-muffin tin.
- In one bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans. In another, mix butter and eggs until creamy. Stir into dry ingredients until just mixed, don't overstir. It WILL be lumpy (pecans, duh).
- Fill cups 2/3, bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Ooh, have you tinkered these for GF? Sounds delectable. Bye, your cornbread dressing is going to be making an appearance on my table again this year. Thanks for that recipe, it was a huge hit!

Angel, why does it look like it has mold in it? Is this an old recipe?
I'd add a scant 1/4 cup of coconut to that.
This is awesome! Thanks & Happy Trails!
