EWWW! Who would wear their blue jeans for two weeks, straight? No, don't tell me, I don't want to know.

The mold usually kills the bacteria.

Not all bacteria are bad.

My kids hide their barn jeans so that I won't wash them too often (because modern jeans lifespan is about 6 months).

Ironic since blue jeans were invented for the miners and dirt people.

Only 10,000? Sounds like a very small colony. I would expect it to come from the store, never having been worn with that much on it. You people act like you aren't constantly surrounded by bacteria. You are eating it, breathing it, and wearing it every second of your lives. This picture was obviously made up by someone who doesn't understand the scale of normal levels of bacteria.

Not to say you shouldn't wash behind yours ears once in a while.

I come in from "work" and change into my house/barn/grilling jeans...I usually wear em for a month to 6 weeks before reluctantly chunking them in the dirty clothes basket....I reckon by then I have more like a 3rd world country instead of just a colony....
