Texas weather...again

Went to bed last night with a forecast of highs in the 40s and much needed rain, 60-70% chance. Got up this morning freezing my happy ass off, and a forecast of freezing rain starting tonight followed by 4-6 inches of snow tomorrow. WTF, Texas????? Take your fucking meds, you bipolar bitch.

I'm just a heartbeat removed. I feel ya. I was in my yard this morning at 5 playing with my dogs and it was pretty nice. Now it sucks ass.

That's why she's called mother nature. Men don't have mood swings and hot flashes.

Count your blessings. It was -29F here on Tuesday morning with a 10mph wind from the Northwest. I'm about 30miles north of Massena, New York.

Does your county have snowploughs and salt trucks?

I didn't even take a jacket to work this morning (other than the OhCrap emergency sweatshirt jackets in the back of my truck) because the weather was supposed to be in the 70's, and it was currently 61. That was revised after I got to work, and 61 was the high. Blah. Its now 35 and foggy.

Which naughty corner? The one with whips or the one with chains and ball gag?

after being a professional weather guesser for 24 years, I am still amazed at the weather (and how insignificant man is in comparison). Anyone who claims that they can forecast it correctly all the time, every time, either has never done it, or needs to be given the holiday room with foam rubber wallpaper. Still gotta say it is the greatest job in the world, where else can you be paid to go outside and enjoy a sunset, or be wrong half the time and still have a job!

That sounds a lot like Colorado this year. 1 week blistering cold weather followed by 2 weeks of shorts weather.

It'll get properly cold in January.

Or May.
