Beats the crap out of running a 20K 'Beat Breast Cancer' circuit on the weekends. Maybe they can figure a way to COMBINE the 'benefits' (10K - milk break - continue).
Men do need to be a sensitive on asking to help though (Oohh - that looks serious - fish them out and lets have a look at 'em !) just seems a little crass to me...
