A picture of his own face, clearly doing something illegal, while the faces of the people he is watching are concealed. He isn't thinking this through very clearly. Unless he can argue that those two people consented to the picture, he is in a lot of trouble.
What would really be funny is if chick was selfies girlfriend....and this is how he found out about her extra proclivities!
