I only count the 7 mysteriously disappeared birds as 1 change, so I'm only seeing 3.
The 7 birds have happily flown away(hence the feathers fluttering down), the cat has kindly painted their homes in red paint, and the cat got some of the red paint all over himself.
Maybe 4 if the novelty ping-pong ball painted up like a bird's head counts.
