Yeah, seems like when you start to get up after being knocked on your ass, something comes along and sweeps your feet. I'm not doing too good, folks. Got some very hard news about a dearly loved family member on Tuesday; and even though my psyche is curled in a little ball on the couch, I'm up and moving the family forward. Keeping this lot together and focused is a full-time job, so posting is going to be a little light. When I'm not marshalling the troops, I'll be curled up somewhere with a book trying to cope.
The Teen Queen, Baby Queen and I are all in good health, no worries there.
I have about three really good rants rumbling around the hard drive, I'll try to get them out while they're still relevant. Meanwhile, pulling up the big girl panties, slipping on my bitch boots, and strapping on my sidearm. I've got this.

I can sympathize with you. Got that kind of problem myself. Every time I get a bit better, something comes along and say screw you, try this on for size.
Job has my sympathy.
I can tell you that it's better to just go day by day, hour by hour, and see each one that passes as a victory. Survival starts with one small step, and sometimes that first step is the hardest.

Have you considered practicing your maniacal laugh?
It doesn't really improve things, but I find I generally feel a lot better after letting one out.
